EXO album received in excellent condition

I love EXO and this album was truly amazing. Definitely a no skip album!

This was my first time ordering from Kave Square and it was a good experience! The packaging was secure with the airbag. The album was received in excellent condition. I also received the pre-order benefit (extra photocard). The poster in the tube was shipped separately. I will not hesitate to order my Kpop albums from this website.

Awesome!

This was my first time purchasing albums from Kave Square and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of communication about the POB delay as well as the timely shipping. The albums arrived sooner than expected and all in one piece. However, my one issue was with the lack of packaging/bubble wrapping. Thankfully, my order arrived unscathed but they only came in a plastic bag and nothing else which was concerning. Overall though, the albums themselves were FANTASTIC, I got a great variety of pulls and everything arrived as advertised.

Seriously love it

First off, I love EXO and this album was honestly amazing. Every song is good, I can really say it's a no-skip album. And the photobook version is gorgeous! I got the X version for the lenticular card, which is really fun. All versions look really pretty though.
This was my first time ordering with KaveSquare and it was a good experience! I had concerns about it actually arriving due to pre-order issues people were having with other sites, but customer support was great at answering my questions and reassuring that all was ok. The packaging was so nice with the airbags - everything was in good condition.

I bought the 3 set version. It was packaged well and arrived in pristine condition. I received the pre-order benefit (extra photocards - 3 of them since I bought the set of 3).
All the versions are beautiful and everything is high quality. Also love all the songs. The package arrived 4 days after the ship date (I'm in Florida). Would buy from here again.

All in-stock items are dispatched within two business days via the shipping method chosen by our customers. In instances where an order includes a pre-order item, we delay shipment until all items are available. To prevent such delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items.

Pre-Order Procedure

Typically, we receive pre-order items 2-3 business days post their official release in Korea. Once received, we ensure all pre-orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

Shipping Insurance

We provide an optional shipping protection service, an economical and user-friendly way to ensure your purchases. While UPS and USPS Priority cover up to $100, our optional protection extends this coverage.

We highly recommend opting for shipping protection for USPS Media mail orders and any orders exceeding $100.

Payment Methods

Our accepted payment options include Paypal, all major credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards, and gift cards. Ensure the billing address matches that associated with your chosen payment method, as discrepancies can result in order cancellation and refund post payment processing.

International Orders

For orders outside the US, we only accept payments via PayPal. Please note that we do not ship posters in mailing tubes internationally. If such an option is chosen, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. For alternatives, please reach out to support@kavesquare.com.

Based on your location, all album purchases contribute to Billboard, OCC & Aria chart rankings.

Moreover, sales of all Korean version albums will also be reflected in the Circle (previously known as GAON) charts.
