A1 albums packaging!

The albums are so pretty! Too pretty, actually. I almost didn’t want to open them but just stare at them. The inclusions, specifically photo cards, did came w/ minor flaws but I’m sure it’s due to its production/manufacturer. Quickest shipping, ever, I should add. I chose the cheapest option, via media mail and it came very secured and earlier than expected (3 days earlier). I would order again for KS, and probably more Fatal Love albums, just because. The albums and how it’s properly put together, I can tell they took their time on it to perfect it! Overall, I love the exterior and interior of the albums if that makes sense. I honestly can’t take my eyes off it, I’d spend at least a minute or more just staring at one page. This is probably a long review, but that’s just how much I loved the albums in general.

Beautiful album, smooth experience

The album is beautiful, and included all the wonderful goodies that we love about K-Pop albums. It was clearly handled with care for shipping, and packaged to prevent any corners from being crushed. KaveSquare was quick to ship after I ordered, and provided a tracking number, which is always appreciated. Will be purchasing from again!

Shipping

We ship out in-stock items within two business days via selected shipping methods by customers. If a pre-order item is included in the order, we hold it until all items become available to be fulfilled. Therefore, please make a separate order for pre-order items to avoid delays occurring with pre-order items.

We can split ship orders already placed at a fee. Please get in touch with support@kavesquare.com for assistance.

Pre-order Items

We usually receive shipments in 2~3 business days after the actual release date in Korea. After that, we fulfill all pre-orders within 48 hours.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping protection, which is affordable and easy to use. While UPS and USPS Priority covers up to $100, optional shipping protection covers beyond that. 

We strongly recommend customers add shipping protection for USPS Media mails and orders over $100.

Payments

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards, and gift cards. Please make sure to use a matching billing address registered with your payment method. Often payment processor flags after payments are processed, and your order can be canceled and refunded.

International Order 

We accept PayPal only for international orders. However, we don't ship posters in mailing tube international; the poster option in your order will be canceled and refunded automatically. Please get in touch with support@kavesquare.com for an alternative option for posters.

 

CHART REPORTING FOR ALBUMS

All album sales are reported to Billboard via Souncsan, Rollingstone via Buzzangle & Aria, depending on customer location. Additionally, all Korea version album sales will count towards Hanteo & Gaon charts.
