How to proceed

• This event is a video event of each winner and all members. Before starting, be sure to prepare a cell phone capable of video calls.
• The winner must prepare the cell phone in advance, wait for the turn, and receive a video call from the cell phone.
• When the event is over, please end the call.

Notice & Instruction

• Products purchased through this event cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• The winner's personal information will be automatically discarded after the event ends.
• This event is an online event that is conducted by video call (FaceTalk). Winners are requested to prepare a mobile phone that can make a video call in advance.
• Only winners will receive personal information (name / cell phone contact information and KakaoTalk ID) required for the video call event.
• Video calls can only be made to the mobile phone contact information and KakaoTalk ID.
• Video calls may not be made if you do not answer the phone more than 2 times, so please be aware of this.
• Please note that video calls can only be made by the winner, and may be forcibly terminated when two or more other than myself are not participating.
• Please note that if a video call is in progress, the event progress is not possible and the event progress may be terminated.
• The video call ends when the allotted time ends for smooth progress. Please note that if the winner does not end the call, the call may be forcibly terminated.
• In the event of a video call, if it is determined that the content of the call is inappropriate, such as excessive demands from the artist, severe profanity, and slander, please stop and participate.
• If the connection is unstable or the connection continues due to the winner's own network environment, the event may be difficult to proceed, so please check the network environment in advance.
• Recording and shooting during video calls, SNS live broadcasting, etc. are not allowed. Please be aware that sanctions and event proceedings may be forcibly terminated if caught.
• Please refrain from sending to the contact information for advance notice or event progress, and staff may be restrained if it interferes with progress.
• When making a video call, requests and requests for album signing are not allowed. (Requires drawing when signing an album, PS writing, etc.)
• Please note that it is not possible to modify the contact information during this event and transfer it to another person.

When confirming the winner, please specify the ID standard as below.

• Korean minors: elementary, middle and high school student ID cards, passports, nationally-certified licenses with date of birth, etc.
• Korean adult: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
• All foreigners: passport, alien registration card, drivers license
• Student IDs (including university student IDs) are not accepted for customers other than minors.
